Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
As this is a small upcoming brand, we do not have the logistics and infrastructure to guarantee the quick deliveries similar to larger companies and brands. We will do our best to get your order to you ASAP, please allow 3-5 weeks to account for the manufacturing, shipping, and delivery of your item(s). Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping
We currently ship internationally. International shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 72 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Shipping Address Changes

Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged item or your order is incomplete, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work to resolve the problem.
