Return & Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at garms.official@garmsbrand.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return your item(s). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All refunds are case by case and up to decision by Garms.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, contact us at garms.official@garmsbrand.store with a description and photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items marked as final sale

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at garms.official@garmsbrand.store

Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to: 424 Straight St, Cincinnati, Ohio, 45219DO NOT SHIP YOUR ITEM UNLESS YOUR RETURN REQUEST IS ACCEPTED. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
